Our current supply of Salmon Fillets are farm raised and flown in from Scotland. They are organically raised using organic feed with no GMO’s, no antibiotics and no hormones. They’re grown in sustainable aquaculture where there is low stocking densities of 99% water and 1% fish.

The location is key for not only sustainability, but the overall health of the salmon and the environment. That’s why the farms are located in the isles, far from the loch’s or bays. Powerful currents of the Icy North Atlantic constantly surging nutrients rich water through the farm sites far from the mainland. Allowing the salmon to naturally swim against these powerful currents like wild salmon, developing the strongest, healthiest of fish and a clean sustainable environment.
