I found a clementine very bad in a bag and I returned it to the Ocean City, 8th Street store and was treated very nicely by Terri. She was
    very sympathic to my problem.
I went to the survey she asked me to fill out and it was not the Acme Survey. You do not have my permission to use any of the information I gave on the survey, as it was not Acme asking the questions. Thank you. Pat Trevi (a very frequent customer to Acme in Ocean City)

    • Customer Support 18/09/2016 at 3:36 pm

Patricia, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience when accessing the survey. Could you email us at Albertsons.Social.Media@safeway.com with the link to the survey you accessed so this may be appropriately addressed? -Julio

  2. Ayana 23/09/2016 at 1:30 pm

How do you fill out the stamp saver card? Do you put the stamps anywhere?

    • Customer Support 24/09/2016 at 5:38 pm

Ayana, thank for your inquiry. When you receive the stamps that you earn from making purchases, you would apply them in order on the card, which is numbered in order. We hope this helps! –Felicia

  3. Sarah 24/09/2016 at 7:57 am

Curious if im able to redeem the stamps from last time. When I went to redeem they had sold out. Took our names down and said we would get a call when they got some and they never did. Called back a few months later. They had a manager. He said he would take my name and research and call me back. Mever did.

    • Customer Support 25/09/2016 at 3:06 pm

We regret to hear this, Sarah, and recommend visiting the store to speak with Customer Service to see if anything can be done. Please note this is a different promotion than our Cuisinart promo. We will notify Marketing of your concerns. -Rebecca, Customer Support

  4. Ayana 25/09/2016 at 10:07 pm

Thank you for the response! Are the stamps in order by the last two numbers of the nine digit code?

  5. Kisha Cox 28/09/2016 at 4:22 am

I don’t have a card to put the stamps on cuz the cashier didn’t give me one or tell me about the stamps I found the stamps rolled up in my receipt from Carr’s Safeway in Anchorage Alaska on Abbott road what is this about and what am I wanting to work towards

    • Customer Support 28/09/2016 at 1:32 pm

Hello Kisha, we apologize the inconvenience! You may acquire a card by visiting the Customer Service Booth on your next shopping trip. For every $10 you spend in the store, you will receive a stamp. This page will show you how many stamps you’ll need to receive a particular product for free. We hope this helps! -Aaron

  6. Jan 08/10/2016 at 9:55 pm

What are the first seven numbers on the stamps for & do they mean anything? Do just the last two or three numbers apply?

Example::159571863—that is 63? Just seems like a lot of numbers 🙂

  7. fred 11/10/2016 at 11:06 am

Can I take my receipts to the acme and collect stamps for the added up $3, $5, $9 $2, that I didn’t collect the stamps on ???????? In other words if i have receipts for $13 and $17 can I ask for another stamp for the $3 and $7 as they equal $10 ?

    • Customer Support 11/10/2016 at 8:25 pm

Fred, receipts may not be combined or retroactively rewarded stamps. Our apologies for any confusion. -Julio

  8. Bob 13/10/2016 at 11:24 am

How do I fill out the card? How do you read the stamps?

    • Customer Support 19/10/2016 at 2:43 pm

Hi, Bob. No need to worry about how the stamps are read. Every stamp you earn should occupy all empty numbered spaces on the board. Hope this helps! -Julio

  9. Tim 13/10/2016 at 11:25 am

How are the stamps numbered? In what order do the stamps go? Do I go by the nine digit code?

    • Customer Support 19/10/2016 at 2:46 pm

Tim, each stamp you earn should occupy each numbered space on the board you received. We suggest filling them up in sequence. The nine digit code you are referring to is for internal use. -Julio

  10. Marjorie McKinney 13/10/2016 at 11:16 pm

Does the Farberware cookware contain aluminum? It says stainless steel, but does it also contain aluminum?????

    • Customer Support 16/10/2016 at 4:32 pm

Marjorie, the maker of Farberware will be your best resource for accurate and updated information. -Rebecca

  11. Debbie Miller 15/10/2016 at 4:31 pm

May I use Saver Stamps in my booklet, from a different Acme (I live in NJ), from a different state than mine? My nine-digit ones start with 374…and the ones I wanted to add start with 107… Thanks!

    • Customer Support 19/10/2016 at 2:51 pm

Hi, Debbie. Any stamps collected during the course of this promotion from any one of our participating locations may be combined for use on the stamp book you received. We hope you find this information helpful. -Julio

  12. Wendy Burns 16/10/2016 at 3:43 pm

When collecting stamps and putting them on the board I already collected my first 50 and the 50 spot on the board is Red do I put a stamp there or put my next stamp at 51??

    • Customer Support 19/10/2016 at 2:54 pm

Wendy, please place a stamp on every numbered space. This red marker signifies a milestone. -Julio

  13. Amy 18/10/2016 at 4:24 pm

Once a level has been reached do you have to turn in the card and start over or do you continue adding stamps to the existing card?

    • Customer Support 19/10/2016 at 2:56 pm

Amy, if you are satisfied with the amount of stamps you’ve collected once reaching the red milestones, you may redeem your collected stamps whenever you’d like. If not, you may continue filling up the empty numbered spaces on the rest of the board. -Julio

  14. DJ 18/10/2016 at 8:12 pm

Hi I’m not sure on the numbers the last 2 numbers say 23 does that go into the 23 spot? Thanks.

    • Customer Support 19/10/2016 at 3:10 pm

Dj, the numbers on the stamps are for internal use. We suggest following the numbers in sequence as this may be easier to keep track of many stamps you have earned over time. -Julio

  15. EH 20/10/2016 at 4:38 am

I had a family member give me some stamps so we could try and save up for a single piece of cookware to use for family dinners. My problem is I’m not 100% sure they’re from Acme, they live closer to a Safeway (who’s also doing the promotion). I asked them which store they came from and their response was basically was “the grocery store, the one doing the stamps”. Without giving them the third degree is there any way to tell by looking at the numbers, I don’t want to make a mistake.

    • Customer Support 24/10/2016 at 5:25 pm

EH, the stamps would have to be redeemed at the store they were received. We hope this helps! -Julio

  16. Els Verc 22/10/2016 at 1:17 pm

Hi, Say I want the 3 qt covered sauce pan and have already saved my 120 stamps. I take it to the store and turn it in and they give me just the 3 qt covered saucepan?

    • Customer Support 24/10/2016 at 5:38 pm

Els, you’re local store will have more information on how to redeem your stamps for the prize you’d like to receive. -Julio

  17. Linda 22/10/2016 at 1:23 pm

I sent my husband with a stamp card filled up to 120 stamps and was expecting one pot. He came home with the 1 quart saucepan, the 7.5 inch skillet, the 8.25 skillet, the 2 quart sauce pan and the 3 qt saucepan. He said the clerk told him that we earned all of those but I think the clerk made an error. I’m confused. Can you explain better to me how this works?

    • Customer Support 24/10/2016 at 5:40 pm

Linda, we’d like to look into this further. Could you please tell us which location your husband happened to visit at the time? -Julio

  18. Barbara C Dougherty 23/10/2016 at 4:03 pm

I purchased a box of frozen Golden potato & onion pierogies. When I opened the box, it was obviously the item had been defrosted and refrozen and the contents were very badly freezer burned. As I result I threw them out. On reflection, I should have taken them back to the Wall store where I purchased them in hopes of getting a refund. Lesson learned.

    • Customer Support 24/10/2016 at 5:43 pm

Barbara, are you referring to the location on 2007 Route 35? We’d like to ensure the Store Director is made aware of this to prevent a recurrence. -Julio

  19. Sharon Colucci 24/10/2016 at 12:58 pm

I redeemed my coupons for a 1 1/2 quart saucepan. The store took my card. I asked if I had to start all over again to reach the second level of pan redemption. Is this correct? I had to start all over again to get the second pan? This seems a tad unfair.

    • Customer Support 26/10/2016 at 2:57 pm

Hi, Sharon! Our apologies for any confusion. Once your stamps have been redeemed for an item, in order to continue collecting more prizes more stamps must be collected. We hope this helps! -Julio

  20. Evan 26/10/2016 at 1:18 pm

I visited family in New England and saw the same contest at a similar store up there Shaws. Will the Shaws stamps work for my final redemption at my local Acme

    • Customer Support 27/10/2016 at 3:15 pm

Hi, Evan. Stamps collected at specific store locations may only redeemed at those locations they were collected. We hope this helps! -Julio

  21. Atara Clark 01/11/2016 at 12:27 pm

How can I buy the cookware at retail price?

    • Customer Support 03/11/2016 at 4:36 pm

Atara, you can purchase the items at full retail price at your local Acme Stores. We hope this helps. –Felicia, Customer Support

  22. S A 02/11/2016 at 5:36 pm

Still confused as your answers do not actually answer the questions being asked. I have a card. Does filling up an ENTIRE card with stamps make you eligible to receive ALL ten items? Or filling it up to the 100 make you eligible for the first five items? How many items can be collected PER CARD?

    • Customer Support 03/11/2016 at 8:02 pm

S A, please refer to the guide above, in order to verify how many stamps are needed for redemption of each item. You are able to receive as many items as possible, as long as you have the correct amount of stamps for redemption. Thank you! -Samantha

  23. Larry 06/11/2016 at 2:34 pm

I’m not sure why the customer service responses are so vague, but you need a separate sets of stamps for each item. So getting 1 of each item would require 1000+ stamps.

It’s NOT cumulative like a PBS pledge drive where if you donate a certain amount you also get all the cheaper rewards. Getting 100 stamps will NOT get you 2 saucepans + 3 skillets.

  24. ch 10/11/2016 at 8:07 am

If I purchase gift cards do I receive stamps?

    • Customer Support 10/11/2016 at 2:53 pm

Ch, please know that some exclusions apply. The Farberware promotion excludes the purchase of gift cards, prepaid phone cards, prepaid Master Cards, money orders, alcohol, tobacco, postage stamps, pharmacy prescriptions, Money Grams, lottery, fuel, transportation passes/tokens and donation programs, other products excluded by law or any service. -Rebecca

  25. stacey romaine 12/11/2016 at 11:08 am

This is beyond confusing and it seems like no one is sure. If you fill the card are you entitled to all of the faberware?

    • Customer Support 13/11/2016 at 3:17 pm

Stacey, in order to collect all the Farberware prizes, the allotted number of stamps for each item needs to collected. We hope this clears up any confusion. -Julio

  26. SHERA L BALL 14/11/2016 at 4:23 pm

idk still..after reading all the comments and replies i’m still unsure. it sounds like u can put any stamp any where…there’s no significant clear answer about how the stamps are numbered and where they go. someone asked we use the last 2-3 digits?..the reply..not clear..would like yo know ..yes or no

    • Customer Support 16/11/2016 at 7:20 pm

Hi, Shera. Sorry for any confusion. We advise placing the stamps on the booklet in sequential order. The numbers on the stamps are for internal use. Hope this helps! -Julio

customer service–you have the patience of Job.

  28. Laurie skinner 23/11/2016 at 2:20 am

If I fill the entire card with stamps, do I collect all pans, or just one? None of the answers above are clear, at all. I do think spending $1200 should qualify for all pans.

    • Customer Support 25/11/2016 at 2:05 pm

Laurie, in order to collect all the pans, the allotted number of stamps listed for each item must be collected. We apologize for any confusion of inconvenience this may have caused. Thank you for your time. -Julio

  29. Joan 26/11/2016 at 12:51 pm

Hi, I split my time between residences in PA and NJ and shop at both safeway and acme. They are both doing the promotion. May i combine my stamps? Thanks

    • Customer Support 26/11/2016 at 4:16 pm

Hello Joan, you may combine stamps from Acme and Safeway. Thank you for your interest! -Aaron

  30. Lori 27/11/2016 at 6:43 pm

If I have some stamps in one book and some in a second book, totaling 50 stamps between the two books, can I bring the two books to the store to get the 1-quart saucepan?

    • Customer Support 27/11/2016 at 9:10 pm

Hi, Lori. As long as you have the correct number of stamps to collect this prize, you are in the clear. If possible, we suggest consolidating the stamps to one stamp book. -Julio

  31. dianna 29/11/2016 at 6:28 pm

On the back of the sheet where you have been putting stamps on are pictures of the pots and the number of stamps needed for each pot. I grabbed 4 sheets and have been filling each one up according to the number needed per pot I want. It’s not hard to figure out, unless other sheets where these people are located do not have the backside of the sheet telling them how many stamps they need.

  32. Jenn 30/11/2016 at 10:06 pm

When is the latest date you can redeem the pots?

    • Customer Support 01/12/2016 at 12:02 pm

Jenn, thank you for your inquiry. Customers will have until 01/18/2017 to redeem their stamps for this promotion. We hope this helps! -Felicia

  33. Brittany Perez 15/12/2016 at 11:22 pm

I am looking all over for my stamp save sheet. I had 15 stamps and today gained another 7. Is there anyway to show my account to get another sheet? i was so excited to collect!

    • Customer Support 19/12/2016 at 11:29 pm

We’re sorry to hear that happened, Brittany. Please stop by Customer Service the next time you are in the store to obtain a new collection sheet. If you have your receipts from the transactions, we welcome you to bring them to show the Store Director in case new stamps may be issued. This is per the discretion of the Director. -Rebecca

  34. Loretta Graham 23/12/2016 at 2:50 pm

I Only have the stamps. Do you need some sort of sheet to put them on and where do I get it?

    Thanks for your help

    • Customer Support 23/12/2016 at 3:37 pm

Loretta, thank you for your inquiry. If the sheets are still available, you can pick one up from your local store. We hope this helps! -Felicia

  35. M Jackson 28/12/2016 at 9:39 am

I have 120 stamps. Listed above shows four different items when you get 120 stamps. Does this mean I get all four 120 stamp items above and all items below 120 stamps? Thank you!

    • Customer Support 28/12/2016 at 11:59 am

Hello, with 120 stamps you will be able to redeem 1 Farberware item, at 120 or less, for free. We apologize for any confusion. Thanks! -Aaron

  36. M Jackson 28/12/2016 at 9:41 am

  37. M Jackson 28/12/2016 at 3:32 pm

So you have to spend $1200 to get a $50 pot?

  38. Brian 29/12/2016 at 11:55 am

  39. Janet 30/12/2016 at 6:07 pm

I went to my local Safeway store to redeem my 120 stamps but they had sold out of the item I wanted. Are the items restocked in Safeway stores periodically or do I have to go hunting at a different store?

    • Customer Support 31/12/2016 at 8:05 pm

Janet, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. We recommend speaking with the Store Director, as they can help track down which stores may have items in stock. -Samantha

  40. Olga 31/12/2016 at 8:16 pm

Oops…I see the answer above. 1/18/17.

  44. Janet 03/01/2017 at 7:18 pm

In regards to Sue’s post, I spoke to my local Store Director who said that they will not be getting any more stock once they have sold out and therefore the only way to get our desired cookware piece is to hope that another store has it. What other options are there to get the cookware pieces we want besides speaking to the Store Director for assistance since they cannot assist?

  45. Cathy Smith 05/01/2017 at 12:39 pm

  48. Kathy 14/01/2017 at 9:49 am

I went to redeem my stamps for three items, only two were available. The customer service person cut my booklet to kept some stamps and gave the rest back to me. I left my name and number and the item I wanted. Is this going to be a problem when and if the other item ever comes in? I have the required stamps but half the booklet was cut away? Also, any idea when more stock coming in? My local stores are in Ridley and Clifton Heights, PA…

    • Customer Support 16/01/2017 at 1:39 pm

Kathy, we regret to hear of these experiences you have encountered with this promotion. Our stores will be receiving shipments of the Farberware. Hello Julie, the ability to redeem stamps varies by store location. Please contact the Store Director, by phone or in-person, for further assistance. Thank you! -Aaron
