An unexpected combo of honeydew melon rubbed with chili and lime, which tastes amazing!

Ingredients

  • 1 honeydew melon, cut into large slices or wedges
  • 2 Tbs chili powder
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 2 tsp Salt

Directions

  • Take each of the melon slices and coat with lime juice.
  • Then rub the chili powder and salt generously on both sides of the slice (the lime juice and natural juices of the melon will help it stick).
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
