Cook thoroughly. Thawing Instructions: Remove fish form all packaging and place in a covered container in the refrigerator overnight. Cooking Instructions: Brush fillet with oil and season to taste. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork and injternal cook temp reaches 145 degrees as measured by a food thermometer. Cook times will vary according to thickness of the fish. Cook from Thawed: Saute: 2-3 minutes, per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 2-3 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes, turning once. Cook from Frozen: Saute: 4-5 minutes per side, turning once. Grill or Broil: 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes, turning once. Caution: We strive to produce a fully boneless product as with all fish, however, some bones may be present. Tilapia Milanese: 1. Dip each thawed fish fillet into flour, eggs, and then into breadcrumbs. 2. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 3. Toss salad greens and tomatoes with lemon juice and melted butter. 3. Plate fish and top with salad. Enjoy! Important, keep frozen until used. Thaw under refrigeration immediately before use. Remove from the vacuum package before thawing. Perishable. Keep frozen.
