      This would be for the $1000 and $15,000 sweepstakes drawings from our Online Game, Hugh, since every code you enter is entered into the sweepstakes. You actually do not need to hold onto your losing codes because the codes are stored online and can be verified through your account for the Online Game, but you can keep them if you like.     I have several tickets that I won on line;do I need to print these down? Do I take them to the store to get more tickets? The on-line part is a little confusing to me.

    i have went to two stores , cause i always shop at my acme in my town, and i always get the same pcs, when are you guys gonna come out with new game pcs, i even went to anther acme and again the same pvcs, look i am i away for each prize,dam!!! like everyne eles who is playing , WHEN ARE NEW CS COMING OUT!!

    What are the difference between the blue tickets and the red ones. The other day the person ahead of me said they wanted the red game pieces. All I have ever gotten are blue.

    I have spent so much money at acme. I have collected over 700 tickets. 75% are the same damn tickets!!!! ACME in Browns Mills NJ… Yes, I could use the products purchased, but I normally do not shop ACME due to high prices. I shop my local commissary which is 1/2 the price and better products. However, for a chance to win something at least, I figured I would shop at ACME again. BIG DISSAPPOINTMENT!

The game pieces are sent out at random and there is a 1 in 5000 chance of getting a semi-rare piece, and there’s only one rare piece per prize in on top lever prizes.     I am getting same game tickets. So is all my friends. Some of my friends threw their boards away. They kept saying it was just making them more angry every time they got more duplicate pieces. Acme will probably realize, of course slowly, that this game has made people annoyed and running away from shopping at Acme ever again. Does Acme not realize that people can compare notes on social media and realize something is askew?

    I understand the same tickets, each week, because, if EVERYONE won, 100,000,000, well, there would be no ACME! I enjoy the game, I don’t shop there often, because it is slightly higher in costs, and as a wid, with kids, we need our $ to go far! Still, I’m pleased with the game and it is a great teaching tool for kids! Seek and Find! (So I don’t have to do all the work). Thank you so much Acme, for offering a chance to be surprised!     I have been playing the Monoply game like the other games Acme has and it is all the same! I get the SAME pieces over and over again1 It is like as if it is not attended to get the ones needed to win Some of the winning areas I only need one or two piece to win such as, the million dollars,the 100,000.00 in cash,500.00 dollars,250.00 cash or for the 250.00 grocery card,500.00 xbox one,1,000.00 in free groceries,the 2,500.00 free groceries,the ATV or camping package and thec10,000.00 in family vacation.There are all the ones I need 1 or 2 game pieces,the ones I need to win! I must had so far over 100 or pieces when I went shopping.I sometimes get 10 or 20 game pieces at the same time! I thought maybe this time I would win something big but so far no. I think certain stores get the guaranteed winning game pieces depending on where the store is located! It is one thing to have fun at the super market customer participation but I and a lot of other people post here and past post of last year of getting the same game pieces. Acme makes you play to or give you the optimistic thought and enthusiasm to keep shopping to get the game pieces. I hope every time I open a game piece to be “that” one I need.

I can assure you that the game pieces were distributed randomly to all our stores. There are only a few rare game pieces for the prizes you mentioned.     Have won twenty monopoly ticket prizes online. Read ACME recommendation to hold winning game tickets until end of contest. Should I hold winning online game pieces rather than cashing them in for more free monopoly Tickets?

    I’ve won a prize but I would like to keep playing with the same game board (just in case I get lucky again!) Do I need to turn in the entire game board to collect the prize?

      You do need to bring the entire game board to the store, Coleen, but the Customer Service Desk associate should transfer the prize-winning markers to a new game board for mailing and give you back the old one so you can continue to play that board.     What happens if no one claims certain big prizes as if they threw their tickets out if they’re not playing the game or something. The prize just isn’t given away then, right?

      That’s a great question to ask, Warrior. If no one claims any of the top 6 prizes, then there will be a Second Chance Drawing from amongst the Sweepstakes Entries for a $500,000 Cash Prize. So, even if those rare pieces are tossed, someone’s still going to walk away with a lot of money.     All of my family gives me their tickets so I have accumulated a lot. Well into the hundreds. I don’t expect to win any of the big prizes, I know how these games work. However, I would have been happy to have one a $5 gift card by now or even a monopoly game valued at $15. I haven’t won a single thing, oh except more monopoly tickets!!!! 600 to 700 tickets and not even $5. That’s ridiculous!! Like everyone else I am only one ticket away from every single prize except two big prizes I am missing two tickets. I even have three boards going and they are all the same tickets. Poor form Acme! There should be more small prizes given away. Also why so many winners from Philadelphia? I shop at the two stores in Hamilton, NJ. No winners even close to that area.

Regarding why there are so many winners in Philadelphia, distribution of winning tickets is random but some store receive more tickets in general due to customer traffic.     doesn’t look like very many winners yet and the game is half over. do they hold the winning tickets till later in the game?
    also what if no one wins the prizes will there be a random drawing?

    Last year, I won $5. This year I WISH that I could @ least the $250. Or even better than that the $1,000,000 cash prize! My families money troubles will be over! But, it’s a pain waiting to get the rare pieces. I’m going to every Acme in my current neighborhood & even in my old one. But it is so frustrating. Why oh why do they set it up this way?

    My local store does not have any more game pieces and I was told they won’t be getting any more. How can I get more pieces to keep playing?     It is frustrating because I was playing the game & entered every code. I have over 150 codes & won numerous “free game pieces” & couldn’t even use them because there were no pieces left by May 2 when I went to redeem. Very disappointing. I feel like last year there were a lot more winners & this year I don’t know anyone that won anything. I applaude acme markets for getting people to come into the stores & make more purchases to get game pieces but I wish it was more rewarding. I would be excited just to win $10.

      I’m sorry you’re having problems with the online portion of the Monopoly Game, Joseph. You will need to make sure you are registered for the online portion at: – Once your are registered you should be able to enter your code as long as you are signed in. Not all of the game pieces have codes for the online portion of the game. The tickets with the online codes will start with the letter “C” and have 12 alpha/numeric characters.     On the first week, one of the cashiers gave me to associates game pieces and I didn’t know and opened them only to find out there are no T spots on the board. I have almost a dozen sets and the Acme near me won’t let me return them for new pieces because they were open even though it was not my fault they were given to me. What do I do.

    I hope this stuff is audited from start to finish by a reputable CPA firm. This promotion has run for a long time and I’m not hearing about anything resembling giving away $80M…! I’ve spent literally thousands of dollars at various Delaware Valley Acmes since this promotion started and all I won so far is a few cans of Chef Boyardee and Starkist tuna…BOGUS!

    Today I entered codes from multiple tickets online. Several of them were potential winners . I affixed them the prize form and promptly took them into my local Acme and received 2 two new tickets for each form. When I returned home I had an email from telling me that I was a potential online winner and to download and print the prize form for game code XXXX XXXX XXXX and then to attach my “ORIGINAL CODE” to the prize form. Have I already don this? If I have. Why the email. I am confused.

    I too have been receiving the same game pieces over and over and over for more than a month now. I have a Ziploc bag full of game pieces I already have. I also went online to other stores (ie Albertsons) in other states and they seem to be quite a few more winners than any Acme stores. I know that it is “random” but I too feel something is askew! What’s the deal Acme?

      Hi Chanda, I’m sorry that you feel this way. Ticket distribution is truly random. We don’t know where the winners are until prizes are claimed, which may account for the appearance of so few ACME winners at this time.     How can you be drawing prizes for the online game when all of the tickets haven’t even been given out yet? Also on the tickets, it does not inform the customer that drawings will be taking place before the close of the game. All it states is that if mailing in your tickets, they must received by 06/16/15. What is the point of mailing in the tickets in June or entering the tickets online now if you have already given away the associated prizes?

      Hi Jeannette, there are 2 portions to the online side of the game, instant win and an entry into the sweepstakes. The mail-in option is for the sweepstakes only; not instant win prizes. The mail-in deadline is actually on 6/9. All entries, both mail-in and online, will be eligible for the grand-prize drawing on 6/16/15. ~Liralen

    It is not a game one can keep playing. I am waiting for that one rare game piece that never comes. People at my ACME don’t even take the tickets anymore because of how frustrating it is. It takes an hour to peel and view the same tickets over and over again. Do you realize how frustrated your customers are. Nothing but a frustrating big waste of time.

    My 11-year old is so disappointed that with all our extra shopping at Acme, we keep getting the same tickets over and over again. So when I convinced her to sign up for us and enter the codes she was so excited to learn that we would be sent emails regarding our 5 winning tickets. But instead of prizes, all we got was additional tickets. She was so disappointed she told me not to bother turning these in for new tickets and that she doesn’t want to play anymore because it is too disappointing. I think we’re done with Acme. You guys should put more $5 winnings into your pot with all the extra money you’re getting from families with kids wanting to play. But to receive the same tickets over and over again only to be told that you win….another ticket – well I don’t blame her. We’re heading to stop and shop here in NY.
