Cedar Planked Salmon Tacos with Mango Salsa

Cedar planked salmon is a grilling favorite, but we’re putting a twist on it by making them into these delicious tacos! Here are some tips to help you make some terrific tacos this summer:

1. Soak your cedar planks in water for 1-2 hours; this keeps them from burning on the grill. You can find them in our meat and seafood department!
2. Make sure your salmon is heavily seasoned. Add another layer of flavor by cooking them over fresh herbs or lime slices on the planks. This also keeps them from sticking!
3. Flake the salmon with a fork once it is done grilling
