    Basically, not a horrible article. I’m used to terrible heart health advice. I’ve been LCHF for 20 years now. You’ve really missed the mark by not addressing “good fats”, such as coconut oil, avocado oil, real olive oil (a lot of fake oil still) and the use of MCT. Taubes and others have really upped the ante on this issue and the real contributor of heart issues — sugar and high carb diets. Now its time to talk about how low fat diets have spurred a huge rise in type 3 diabetes and is probably one of the most damaging public health recommendations since the medical community promoted cigarette smoking. Nice start. Thanks. Keep learning. Dieticians and doctors are still promoting habits that promote heart disease.
