Main Ingredients
- 2-pounds Waterfront Bistro Shrimp (31-40 count), peeled and deveined, tail off
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- ½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 lemon, zest and juice
Cooking Instructions
Step 1
Thaw shrimp per package instructions.
Step 2
In a large non-stick sauté pan over medium high heat, melt butter.
Step 3
Add shrimp and garlic. Cook until pink, stirring often, 4 - 6 minutes.
Step 4
Transfer to a bowl. Set aside.
Step 5
Add wine to pan and reduce by half, about 2 minutes. Add cream and continue to cook until sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes.
Step 6
Remove from heat. Add cheese, parsley, cooked shrimp, and lemon zest and juice. Stir to combine.
Step 7
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Step 8
Serve with pasta, steamed vegetables, or French bread.
