Grilled Brie and Berries
Triple berry preserve is the sweet twist to this savory favorite. Once cooked and cooled slightly, serve with crackers and sliced fruit.
Total cook time
- 1 cedar plank (soaked in water for 30 minutes)
- 1 (8 ounce) brie cheese wheel
- 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- grilled baguette slices
Preheat grill to medium-high (450º-475º). Place cedar plank on grill for about 5 minutes to get well charred.
Flip cedar plank, and place brie wheel on charred side. Pile berries on top of brie wheel (some berries will fall down on cedar plank board). Drizzle honey over the berries. Reduce heat to medium (375º-425º). Close grill and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Remove brie wheel from cedar plank and serve on a board or platter.
