Cook thoroughly. Pan Fry: Arrange bacon slices in a single layer in unheated skillet. Cook bacon over medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally. Cook to desired crispness. Drain on a paper towel before serving. Microwave: Place bacon in single layer on paper towels on microwave plate. Cover with paper towels. Microwave on high to desired crispness. 4 slices: 3-3 1/2 min. (All microwave ovens vary. Time give is approximate).
