Directions Keep refrigerated. Cooking: Skillet: Preheat lightly oiled non-stick skillet to medium high. Stirring occasionally, cook for 3-4 minutes until no longer pink. Ground Turkey should reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees F. Grill: 1. Spray of grease grill rack to prevent burgers from sticking. 2. Preheat grill on high. 3. Place burgers on grill and lower heat to medium. 4. Cook for 6-8 minutes per side until meat thermometer inserted in burger registers 170 degrees F. Appliances vary. Cooking times are approximate.
