Directions To Prepare: Keep frozen until ready to prepare. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat to 400 degrees F. 2. Place frozen fish sticks on baking sheet. 3. Bake for approximately 17-19 minutes until golden brown and crispy, turning sticks over halfway through cook time. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
