Directions
For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions: You well need. 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey. 2 3/4 cups hot water. 1 Cup milk.(1) Cook cook ground meat in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes, breaking, up and stirring. Drain; return cooked meat to skillet. (2) Stir stir in how water, milk, sauce mix and rice. Heat to boiling. (3) Simmer reduce heat. cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. (4) Top sprinkle with corn chips. You will need. 1(15-oz) can black or pinto beans, rinsed & drained. 2 3/4 cups how water. 1 cup milk. (1) Heat add rinsed and drained beans, hot water, milk, sauce mix and rice to a 10-inch skillet; stir well. Heat to boiling. (2) Simmer reduce heat. cover; simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is tender. If necessary, uncover and cook, while stirring, an additional 1 to 3 minutes to desired consistency. (3) Top sprinkle with corn chips. Add your own twists! Just before serving, stir in salsa and sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped fresh cilantro.
Try with black beans instead of ground beef.
Refrigerate leftovers.
