Roast: What You'll Need • 2½ to 3 lbs. boneless chuck roast, rump roast or round roast • 5 cups cup-up vegetables, such as carrots, onions, celery and potatoes • 1 pkg. Crock-Pot® Savory Pot Roast Seasoning Mix • 1 cup water Directions 1. Place meat and vegetables in slow cooker. 2. Mix entire seasoning packet with 1 cup water until blended. Pour over roast and vegetables. 3. Cover & Cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Do not remove cover during cooking.
