Deep Frying Directions: 1. Preheat pure vegetable oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F. 2. Moisten seafood in cold water, shake off excess. 3. Use 1/2 cup of breading per pound of seafood. Place both in a large plastic bag and lightly shake, (the bag that is), or put breading on a plate and roll seafood in breading until coated. 4. Deep fry 2-3 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked. Pan Frying Directions: 1. Heat 1/4 inch of pure vegetable oil in large skillet to 350 degrees F. 2. Prepare seafood as described in steps 2 and 3 above. 3. Pan-fry each side until fully cooked. Baking Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Brush seafood with oil. Place breading and seafood in plastic bag. Lightly shake until seafood is coated; or put breading on a plate and roll seafood in breading until coated. 3. Place seafood on a shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. 4. Bake until fully cooked.
