Rice Powder, Pad Thai Paste (Sugar, Soybean Oil, Garlic, Shallot, Tamarind Juice, Tomato Paste, Fish Sauce, Distilled Vinegar, Salt, DL-Alpha Tocopherol, Chilli Oleoresin), Fish Sauce, Chili Powder.
Directions How to Prepare: 1. Boil noodle in hot water for about 4-5 minutes (until slightly soft in the center) and then drain well. 2. Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a frying pan, add item 5 and fry well. 3. Add noodle to 2 and 2 or 3 tbsp of water. Add 1 or 2 tbsp of oil as necessary. Noodle gets sticky when fried. Add Pad Thai Paste and Fish Sauce. 4. When well cooked, move the noodles to the side of the frying pan, add 2 tbsp of oil together with the beaten egg. Fry well and mix everything thoroughly. 5. Lastly, add bean sprouts and Chinese chives and turn off the heat. Sprinkle the Chilli Powder for completion. Tips: Add some vinegar or lemon juice for even more bitter-sweet taste. For a finishing touch, sprinkle crushed peanuts on the noodles.
