It is usable for salad, suno mono (vinegared dishes), miso soup, ramen and as garnishing served with sashimi (slices of raw fish), etc. For Soup such as Miso Soup or Ramen: Just put it in a pot and boil well. For Salad, Suno Mono (Vinegared Dishes) and Garnishing Served with Sashimi (Slices of Raw Fish): Reconstitute it with water for about 5 minutes before use. Standard Quantity for One Serving: miso soup: 1/2 teaspoonful; ramen, Udon: 1 teaspoonful; salad: 1-1/2 teaspoonfuls; suno mono (vinegared dishes): 1-1/2 teaspoonfuls.
