Directions Thawing Instructions: Remove fish from all packaging. Place in a separate container, and thaw under refrigeration. Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen or thawed. Remove fish from all packaging. Apply oil or cooking spray to cooking surface. Use aluminum foil if grilling. Season as desired. Cook times will vary according to the thickness of the fish. Cook until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, and internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees F. Saute: If cooking from frozen: 4-5 minutes per side. If cooking from thawed: 2-3 minutes per side. Grill or broil: If cooking from frozen: 4-6 minutes per side. If cooking from thawed: 2-3 minutes per side. Bake: If cooking from frozen: 425 degrees F for 12-15 minutes. If cooking from thawed: 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. Perishable. Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze thawed product. Do not refreeze thawed fish; store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
