Grill, turning occasionally, until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of meat reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 45-50 (Cooking times are approximate; always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer). Minutes. Remove from heat, cover and let rest 5-10 minutes before slicing. Bake: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place tenderloins in shallow baking pan. Bake until meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of meat reaches 165 degrees F, approximately 60-70 (Cooking times are approximate; always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer).
