Directions To Prepare Ying's Gluten-Free Light and Crispy Batter: 1 cup Ying's Gluten-Free Light and Crispy Batter Mix. 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon ice cold water. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. 1. Stir: Combine Ying's Batter Mix, water and oil, mix until batter is smooth. 2. Dip: Dip meat or vegetables completely into batter - ready to fry! 3. Fry: Heat 2-3 cups vegetable oil in wok or pot to about 365 degrees. Deep-fry batter-coated meat or vegetables until golden brown. After opening store Ying's Gluten-Free Light and Crispy Batter Mix in a cool dry place.
