Directions Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Fully heat contents until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Microwave Oven (1000 watt): (Preferred method) Remove bowl from box. Cut a few 1 inch slits in the plastic wrap. Place in microwave oven. Heat on high for 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and let sit for 1 minute before eating. Stir and enjoy! Due to differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary. Conventional Oven: Remove bowl from box and remove plastic wrap completely. Wrap bowl in foil. Place in oven and heat at 350 degrees F for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand covered for 3 minutes. Stir and enjoy! Caution: Contents are hot! Keep frozen.
