Roast in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 34-51 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F. Open top of foil during last 5 minutes of cooking to brown. Remove from oven and let the filet stand for several minutes before slicing. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. For Grill: Place on low flame.
