Cooking Instructions: Cook from thawed. Saute: 3 5 minutes per side. Grill or Broil: 3-5 minutes per side. Bake: 425 degrees F for 14-16 minutes. Cook from Frozen: Saute: 5-7 minutes per side. Grill or Broil: 5-7 minutes per side. Bake: 425 degrees F for 18-20 minutes. Cook to an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep frozen.
