Cooking Instructions (For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions): Microwave (preferred method): (1) Remove tray from carton and place in microwave with film intact. (2) Microwave on high 2:00. Carefully remove tray from microwave; peel back film. Stir well; replace film. (3) Microwave on high for additional time according to chart. Caution: tray and product can be very hot! Oven: (1) Heat oven to 400 degrees F. (2) Remove tray from carton and place on baking sheet. (3) Bake 29 to 34 minutes. Caution: carefully remove film from tray, escaping steam can be very hot! Ready in Minutes. Microwave Wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave): 1200: 30 to 1:15 time on high.
