Directions Ingredient Needed: milk + oil + egg. Pancake Directions: 1-1/2 cups pancake and waffle mix, 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp oil, 1 egg. 1. Heat skillet or griddle to medium-high heat or to 375 degrees F and grease lightly. In a medium, bowl, combine mix, milk, egg, and oil, Mix until blended and batter is smooth. 2. Pour batter (slightly less than 1/4 cup per pancake) onto hot greased skillet. 3. Flip when edges begin to dry, and bubbles begin breaking on top. Cook an additional minute or until golden brown. Yield 12 4 inch pancakes. Waffle Directions: 1 1/2 cups pancake and waffle mix, 2 tbsp oil, 1-1/4 cup milk, 1 egg. 1 In a large mixing bowl stir together mix, oil, milk, and egg until batter is smooth.
