Keep frozen; cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Since cooking methods vary, cooking time and temperature may require adjustment. Cook product thoroughly to 165 degrees F before eating. Always use caution when handling hot items. Microwave (Preferred Method): 1. Remove tray from carton. Pierce film 4-5 times with fork. 2. Place in microwave and heat: 700 Watts: 3:30 minutes. Peel back film, stir thoroughly, re-cover and heat an additional 2:00 minutes. 1100 Watts: 2:30 minutes. Peel back film, stir thoroughly, re-cover and heat an additional 1:00 minutes. 3. Let stand 1 minute, stir thoroughly before serving. Stovetop: 1. Add 1 tablespoon oil and 1 tablespoon water to a non-stick 10 inch skillet. 2. Remove tray from carton, discard film and pour contents of tray into skillet. 3. Cover and cook for 8-9 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally to break up noodles. 4. Let stand 1 minute before serving. For the Yaki (Pan-Fry) Touch: After noodles have cooked, spread out uniformly in pan and turn heat up to medium-high, cooking an additional l30 seconds (don't stir!).
