Directions You Will Need: 4 eggs. 1-1/3 cups water 2/3 cup oil or melted butter. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease pans (or paper liners for cupcakes). Combine 4 eggs, 1-1/3 cups water and 2/3 cup oil. Add mix and blend well. For single 9 inch round or 8 inch square pan combine: 2 eggs, 12 ounce or just shy of 2 cups mix, 1/3 cup oil and 2/3 cup water and blend well. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Finishing Touches: Frost with gluten free frosting or just enjoy with some fresh strawberries or raspberries and a sprinkle or confectioners sugars. Pan size 8 inch or 9 inch. 9 by 13. Cupcakes. Bake time 20-28 minutes. 30-36 minutes. 15-20 minutes.
