Long Grain Parboiled Rice Enriched with Iron (Ferric Orthophosphate), Niacin, Thiamine (Thiamine Mononitrate) and Folic Acid.

Let stand covered until all water is absorbed (about 5 minutes). Microwave: 1. Using the chart, combine hot water, rice, salt and margarine in microwaveable dish. 2. Cover and microwave on High (full power) for 5 minutes Reduce to medium power (50%) and microwave for 20 minutes. 3. Remove from microwave. Let stand covered until all water is absorbed (about 5 minutes). Microwave ovens vary. Times given are approximate. For 1-2 Servings: 1/2 cup rice; 1-1/3 cup water; 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional); 1/2 tablespoon butter (optional). For 3-4 Servings: 1 cup rice; 2-1/2 cup water; 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional); 1 tablespoon butter (optional). For 5-6 Servings: 1-1/2 cups rice; 3-1/3 cups water; 3/4 teaspoon salt (optional); 1-1/2 tablespoons butter (optional). For 7-8 Servings: 2 cups rice; 4-1/4 cups water; 1 teaspoon salt (optional); 2 tablespoons butter (optional).
