Our process is simple. We source the building blocks of meat directly from plants. Using heating, cooling and pressure, we create the fibrous texture of meat from plant-based proteins. Then, we mix in fats, minerals, and carbohydrates to replicate the appearance, juiciness, and flavor of meat. The result? Uncompromisingly delicious plant-based burgers, sausage, and more, no sacrifice required.

Directions
Safe Handling Instructions: Some raw products may contain bacteria that can cause illness if mishandled or cooked improperly. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw product separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw product. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers or discard.
Cooking Instructions: Grill. Skillet. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before cooking and use within 5 days of thawing. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving. Pre-heat grill or non-stick pan to medium-high heat and cook for about 3.5 - 4 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Edge and interior of patty may still be red or pink when fully cooked. Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
