Let's get cooking. Skillet: Add 2 tbsp of water and 1 tbsp of vegetable oil to an unheated medium-sized nonstick skillet. Place the frozen meatballs on the skillet. Cover and heat over medium heat for 14-18 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Uncover skillet and heat another 2-3 minutes rolling throughout until golden brown. Oven: Preheat conventional oven to 375 degrees F and place frozen meatballs on a nonstick sheet. Cook for 15-20 minutes until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen.
