You will need: 1 (16-oz) bag frozen corn kernels; 1/2 cup boiling water; 1/2 cup sour cream; 2 tbsp water for dressing. Directions: 1. Add vegetable blend and 1/2 cup boiling water to medium bowl; stir. Set aside. 2. Cook frozen corn according to package directions; drain if necessary. Add to vegetable blend. 3. Stir together sour cream, 2 tablespoons water, and Dressing Mix in small bowl. 4. Add dressing to corn and vegetable blend; stir well to combine. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate. Refrigerate leftovers. Stir-In Ideas: Stir any of the following into your finished salad: diced grilled chicken; diced green chiles; shredded cheddar cheese.
