Main Ingredients

  • bones of 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 medium onion (cut into 1/2-inch pieces)
  • 1 celery rib (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 1/4 cup baby carrots
  • 5 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a slow cooker. Cover and simmer for 8 hours. Strain through fine sieve. Cool and store in refrigerator up to 3 days or in the freezer up to 3 months.
