Light Preparation: Bring 6 cups of water to a rapid boil. Add macaroni and boil uncovered for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Return to pan. Add 1 teaspoon of unsalted butter, 3 tbsp. of skim milk, and contents of cheese packet. Mix until smooth and creamy. Serve hot. Makes 2 servings. Serving Suggestion: For variety, try adding 3 oz. drained, flaked tuna. Light Preparation: 71% less fat and 36% fewer calories than classic preparation. Prepare as directed using 1 tsp. unsalted butter and 3 tbsp skim milk.
