Directions No Yolks may be used in any recipe which calls for egg noodles. They combine particularly well with tuna an chicken to provide low cholesterol meals. Bring 3 quarts of water to a rapid boil. Add slowly 6 oz of No Yolks. Boil uncovered 15-18 minutes or until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water. Initial cooking liquid must be at a boil when adding No Yolks.
