Cooking instructions: (1) In a large pot, bring 4-6 quarts of water to a rolling boil. (2) Add 1 tbsp of salt to boiling water (optional). (3) Add pasta, cook uncovered for 7-8 minutes (cook to desired tenderness, but do not overcook), and stir occasionally. (Water will foam - it's okay!) (4) Strain pasta, rinse and serve with your sauce of choice! Keep in cool, dry place.
