Microwaveable: Read in 60 seconds. Pour beans into pan and simmer over medium heat until desired temperature. Stir occasionally. Microwave Directions: Tear pouch 2 inches to vent. Heat in microwave on high for 60 sec (Oven times may vary. Take care when handling hot pouch). Add spices or additional sea salt to your liking.
